Privacy Policy & Data Protection Framework

🔒 Our Core Promise: Your Anonymity Matters
At QuickEdit Digital Solutions, we understand that privacy isn’t just a “feature”—it is the foundation of our business. Whether you are a developer testing sensitive algorithms or a designer working on a confidential film project, you deserve to know exactly how your data is handled.
The short version: We collect the absolute minimum data required to deliver your files. We do not track you, we do not sell your data, and we do not store your payment details.
1. Information We Collect (And Why)
We adhere to the principle of “Data Minimization”. We only request data that is strictly necessary for the transaction.
A. What We Ask For:
Email Address: Used solely to send your download links and order receipts. We recommend using a secure email provider if you prefer total anonymity.
Transaction Hash (TXID): If paying via Cryptocurrency, we record the transaction ID on the blockchain to verify payment status.
Server Logs: Like all websites, our servers automatically record basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security auditing and DDoS protection. These logs are automatically purged every 30 days.
B. What We NEVER Collect:
❌ Credit Card Numbers: All fiat payments (if available) are processed by third-party encrypted gateways. We never see or store your card digits.
❌ Physical Address: Since we sell digital downloads, we do not require your home address for shipping.
❌ Generator Input Data: This is our most critical security feature (see Section 2).
2. The “Client-Side” Guarantee (Zero-Knowledge Tools)
This section is vital for developers and QA testers using our online tools.
When you use our MRZ Generator, PDF417 Barcode Creator, or Address Generator, the processing happens Client-Side (locally on your device) using JavaScript.
What this means: The names, ID numbers, or addresses you type into our generators never leave your browser. They are not sent to our servers.
The Result: We physically cannot see, store, or steal the data you are generating. Once you close the tab, that data is wiped from your browser’s memory instantly.
3. Cookies & Tracking Technology
We use cookies strictly for functional purposes. We do not use invasive “fingerprinting” or cross-site trackers.
Session Cookies: To keep your shopping cart active while you browse.
Security Cookies: Used by our firewall (Cloudflare) to distinguish between real humans and malicious bots.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but please note that the checkout process requires cookies to function.
4. How We Protect Your Data
We employ enterprise-grade security measures to keep the little data we hold safe:
SSL/TLS Encryption: All traffic between you and our site is encrypted via HTTPS.
Database Encryption: Our customer email database is encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards.
Crypto-Payments: By accepting Bitcoin, USDT, and Litecoin, we offer a payment method that inherently protects your identity from traditional banking oversight.
5. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to outside parties. The only exceptions are trusted service providers who assist us in operating our website (e.g., our hosting provider or email delivery service), provided those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Legal Requests: We are a privacy-first company. However, if compelled by a valid international court order regarding severe criminal activity (such as terrorism or human trafficking), we may cooperate with authorities to the extent of the limited data we possess.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
Under international data protection laws, you have specific rights:
Right to Access: You can ask us what data we hold about you (usually just an email and order history).
Right to be Forgotten: You can request that we delete your account and order history from our servers permanently. To do this, simply email
[email protected]with the subject “Delete My Data”.
7. Contact Our Data Protection Officer
If you have any questions about this policy or your privacy, please contact our privacy team directly.
