We have written them in plain English, avoiding confusing legal jargon where possible, because we want you to understand exactly what you are buying—and what you are permitted to do with it.

1. The Nature of Our Products

It is crucial that you understand the technical nature of what we sell:

• 1.1. Digital Assets Only: We sell electronic files (PSD, DOC, PDF, Font packs). We do not sell physical goods. We will never print, laminate, or ship a plastic ID card or passport to your address.

• 1.2. “Novelty” & “Prop” Status: All templates on this site are artistic recreations intended for Motion Picture Props, Theatrical Use, Educational Research, and Software Testing (QA). They are not government-issued documents and should never be presented as such.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (The “White Hat” Rule)

We provide professional-grade tools. With great power comes great responsibility. You agree to use our products only for the following legal purposes:

• ✅ Entertainment: Creating realistic props for movies, TV shows, music videos, or theater productions.

• ✅ Software Development: Testing OCR (Optical Character Recognition) engines, KYC verification flows, and database parsing algorithms using dummy data.

• ✅ Design Restoration: Restoring damaged family documents for personal archiving (where you are the legal owner of the original).

• ✅ Prank/Novelty: Creating humorous gifts or fantasy league IDs, provided they are not used for deception.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities ⛔

We have a Zero-Tolerance Policy. If we suspect you are using our tools for illegal acts, we will ban your account and block your IP address immediately. You agree NOT to use our templates for:

• ❌ Official Use: Presenting a generated document to a police officer, border control agent, or government official as a real ID.

• ❌ Resale: Reselling our unedited source files (PSDs) on other marketplaces.

4. Limitation of Liability (Important)

QuickEdit Digital Solutions Ltd. acts solely as a provider of graphic design resources.

• 4.1. User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you use the data you edit into our templates.

• 4.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold QuickEdit harmless from any legal claims, damages, or lawsuits resulting from your misuse of our products. In simple terms: If you break the law using our template, you are on your own.

5. Payments, Refunds & Delivery

• 5.1. Crypto Payments: We accept various cryptocurrencies to ensure user privacy. Transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

• 5.2. Delivery: Download links are delivered instantly via email and on the checkout success page.

• 5.3. Refund Policy: Due to the irrevocable nature of digital files (you cannot “return” a downloaded file), we generally do not offer refunds unless the file is technically defective (corrupted). In such cases, we will provide a working replacement immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All template structures, vector patterns, and custom-designed “Guilloche” security elements are the intellectual property of QuickEdit. You purchase a license to use the file, not the copyright to the design itself.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of international digital commerce and the regulations of the jurisdiction in which our administrative office resides (Reykjavík, Iceland).
