QuickEdit Digital Solutions respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We operate under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright laws.

However, our business operates in a unique niche (Document Restoration & Prop Design). Therefore, it is critical to define exactly what we own, what we do not own, and why our products are legally distinct from government-issued documents.

1. Distinction Between “Props” and “Counterfeits”

This is the most important section of our policy. To prevent misunderstanding by search engines (Google), hosting providers, and authorities, we explicitly declare the nature of our digital assets:

A. Artistic Recreations (Not Scans)

Our templates (PSDs) are 100% original artistic works created from scratch by our design team using vector software. We do not sell stolen scans of real people’s documents.

• The “Visual Only” Rule: Our templates are designed for visual approximation (for use in film, theater, and UI testing). They are “Surface-Level Designs”.

• Missing Security Features: Our digital files intentionally lack the forensic security features found in real physical documents, such as:

  • Active RFID / Biometric Chips.

  • Physical UV-reactive paper fibers.

  • Laser-engraved tactile polycarbonate layers.

  • Holographic kinegrams (our holograms are static digital layers, not physical light-refracting foils).

Conclusion: Because our files lack these critical security features and are strictly digital, they cannot be used to manufacture functional counterfeit documents that would pass a physical forensic inspection. They are “Props” intended for display and testing only.

2. Our Copyright Ownership

QuickEdit Digital Solutions Ltd. owns the copyright to the source code, layer structure, and artistic arrangement of all templates sold on this site.

• You are purchasing a license to use our file.

• You are not purchasing the right to resell, redistribute, or claim our design as your own.

• Asset Protection: We monitor the web for unauthorized redistribution of our PSDs. If we find our files on warez sites or competitor marketplaces, we will file immediate DMCA takedown notices.

3. Government & Trademark Disclaimer

We acknowledge that certain government seals, coats of arms, or agency logos present in our templates may be trademarks or public domain works of their respective governments.

• Fair Use: We include these elements strictly for the purpose of historical accuracy, artistic realism (for film props), and educational analysis.

• No Affiliation: QuickEdit is a private design agency. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency (such as the US Department of State, DMV, or UK Home Office).

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you are a copyright owner (or an agent) and believe that any content on QuickEdit.is infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA.

Your Notice must include:

1. Identification: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

2. Location: The exact URL(s) on our site where the material is located.

3. Contact Info: Your address, telephone number, and email.

4. Statement of Good Faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.

5. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

5. Counter-Notification Procedures

If we have removed your content due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification.

• We believe in fair process. If you purchased a template and your access was revoked due to a false copyright claim, contact us immediately.

6. Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be “repeat infringers” of copyright laws.

• If a user is caught re-uploading our templates to other sites or using our platform to host stolen intellectual property, their account will be permanently banned without refund.

Important Technical Note regarding Verification Use :

Please Note: While our PSD templates are designed with high-fidelity visual accuracy (600 DPI), they are “Surface-Level Mockups” intended for graphical presentation only.

They strictly lack the forensic and cryptographic layers required to pass real-world KYC (Know Your Customer) verification systems, such as:

• ❌ No Biometric Metadata: Our files do not contain embedded EXIF biometric data.

• ❌ No RFID/NFC Data: These templates cannot simulate the chip data found in physical ID cards.

• ❌ Static Holograms: The holographic layers are static raster images and will not reflect light physically if printed.

Therefore, these templates are technically unsuitable for identity verification or bypassing security controls. Any attempt to use them for such purposes will likely result in automated rejection by verification APIs. We sell them strictly for Prop Design and UI/UX Testing workflows.
